Who We Are

We are a counselling service based in Central Derby in the East Midlands.

What We Do

At Hand in Hand Counselling we offer a warm and confidential counselling service  for adults and children in Derby and Nottingham.

For help with trauma, abuse, depression, low self esteem, confidence building, bullying, relationship difficulties, grief etc.

We work from our own base in central Derby along with offering counselling in schools and in clients own homes if required.

Our flexible appointment system offers evening and weekend appointments
